I'm of the opinion that we should allow every Messican who wants to spill over our border the opportunity to do so. Then, when they get here, we'll round them up and put them to work building a 35-foot wall from Brownsville to Tijuana.
When they're done, ship those *******s back across the river and put a guard on the wall every 200 foot and it's open season on any schmuck dumb enough to give climbing a shot.

Good luck with that, unless you happen to have the private key associated with that message. Short of that, the answer is that it's ... nominally impossible to decrypt that message.
(technically, you could brute force it if you had enough computing power laying around. But you don't, so you can't.)
