if you show up, we'll make sure you have some place to bunk down until you're sober enough to drive home to the Deandarosa.

It just starts at 4:30. We'll be there at least until 6, or until the second-hand smoke induces asthmatic reactions, uncontrollable vomiting, back spasms and/or terminal cancer in any of us.

See, someone has to be there at 4:30 to take control of the jukebox.

you can a) leave the room on the credit card and check-in later

b) check-in, get freshened-up, show at the Buck, but after 20 minutes you'll have to shower again later so just roll in and don't sweat the travel funk.

but the answer to your question is we should be there til 6pm at least.

Just drop your bags in your room, and roll. Sheesh. Believe me, you will be the prettiest one in the place -- and I feel safe making that assertion having never met you because I assume you have at least two opposing teeth.

Seriously, don't get the wrong idea. Its safe, its just delightfully tacky yet unrefined. Besides, you'll have a pack of SO ninjas to protect your chastity.

You brought a bottle, they put your name on it and stuck it behind the bar. Then they charged you for set-ups. That way they were'nt selling liquor, just pouring it. It was a joke because lots of places had bottles back there with fictitious names on them. If they knew you, you could get liquor by the "wink." One night at Lake Murray Lodge while I was home on leave, I got plowed drinking Jack that belonged to Mr. Terry Cloth
