Yes, but next year we will be like OSU was most of the year...just without their Tennessee win or their actually beating Gonzaga on its home court (a five point swing where OSU was Texas Teched took away the Cowboy victory in the last couple of minutes of the game.)

Definitely better now but the question is will we be better off in 3 years now than we would have been had Sampson stayed and I think the answer is probably not. When we know who our next coach is we may have a better idea.

I think that, without a doubt, we're a better team now than we were in 1995. How long did it take Roy Williams to win a title? People can say that we're not on a par with Kansas but we have as many National Championships as they do since 1995. We've won the Big 12 a number of those years as well... usually beating Kansas to do it. Is Kansas a better basketball school or are they just not a football school?
