Atop this mound lay a naked 600-pound woman marred by bruises and sores and covered by a sheet. The 43-year-old woman had not moved from the spot in a year, not left the house in four.

It would seem, and I'm no expert, my trips to 600 pound naked women's trailers having a finite total sum of zero, that the accumulation of trash, human waste, drool and vomit would have attracted a handsome accumulation of rodents, ants, roaches and other assorted critters. Combined with the diseases prevalent, and the decaying, rotting flesh and sanitary breakdown brought about by a year's worth of urine, excrement and other bodily excretions, this person is lucky to be breathing.

But that's just me, pondering what it must really have been like in there.

I'm sorry, but it's called - get your lazy *** up (husband anyway - wife probably wasn't able to) throw out the garbage and clean up that rat's nest. I don't get it. I don't understand how people can live like that. They were all sleeping on piles of garbage instead of beds. How insane is that?

At first I wasn't sure how she kept getting food. Even Dominoes guys would stop going eventually. Helps to have kids I guess. I just can't understand how that chick is still alive. Seems like you'd get all kinds of infections and diseases if not eaten by rats first. Amazing.
