Anyone going this weekend? I plan on making it at least one day (Saturday) and maybe two.

I haven't told the wife yet, but I think this may be in our Saturday afternoon plans.

The only redeeming quality of that whole scene is the grub. If somebody wants to go get me an indian taco and bring it back I could dig it.

I dig the turkey leg too. Well, and I used to dig the wierd guys fighting each other with bamboo swords(SCA). It was so much cooler when I was a kid and watching them.

It always amazes me how people feel the need to trash certain music/hobbies/recreational activities, and the people who enjoy them, just because they themselves don't care for it. I mean, what would the world be like if everyone had the same tastes as Dean?????
Me, I'm taking my son to the fair, and we're going to have a great time. I might even go in costume.

Me? No thanks. It is my opinion that the Medieval Fair is a giant POS. That is in no way "trashing" the people who enjoy it. Although if I was there, and you and the kid traipsed by all decked out in wannabe King Arthur garb I would probably have to laugh. Out loud.
