Is it me or does Kathy Taylor's mouth look funny when she talks?

Also, according to today's paper, Big Bill likely will add Bill Simonson and Chris Medlock to his staff (or at least an appointment to the TMUA board) if re-elected. That is disturbing on so many levels. He did the same thing with Sam Roop not that long ago.
