Pineapple. Eating a lot of it has side benefits for the ladies, or so I've been told.

Of course a cold juicy plum has great benefits on a hot summer's day.
Feel free to fix away! :texan:

the best part about tuna melt is putting it in the fridge and then thawing it out the next day.

Peaches from Porter, OK in mid July. Hold it in your hand and slice it with a knife and the juice runs down your arm and off your elbow. Mmmmm tasty.

Oranges or mangos, depending on my mood.

Blood oranges are my absolute favorite. I love all fruit but I'm not particularly fond of plain apples by themselves. I like to make things out of apples but its not like me to just grab one and eat it like I would a banana, pink grapefruit, peaches or a mango.
Bananas would have to be a favorite since I love banana pudding so much.
I also like to simply cut up a Del Monte Gold pineapple and have it with some large curd cottage cheese.
I do make the best fruit salad in town, if I do say so myself. I use alot of blue berries, manderine oranges, apples, red grapes, pineapple, kiwi and bananas but what makes it so delicious is the sauce. Its my own recipe. I make it out of coconut cream, pineapple juice and Poppy seeds.
You're a regular little Martha Stewart aren't you mom? :)
