Yeah, aparrently some former King or Prince way back when had a lisp. So the people in that area started talking like him so he didn't feel embarrassed. They still talk that way.

I disagree on all counts (strongly w/ the Spanish chicks count)...except for the lisp. Thats true. The lisp drove me crazy until I started doing it too...it took some work to correct my Spanish once I got back.

um... I spent 7 days in france and I can't say I was paying attention to how many attractive chicks there were, but there was at least one who was (i'm guessing) at least mildly hot. Everyone was teasing our tourguide dude because he thought she was cute.

I think all Spaniards refer to their language as castellano. (Language of the castellanos, or the kings.) As far as I know it's just Mexicans and South Americans that call it Espanol (language of Spain.)

I wasn't really paying attention to them either. I was looking at scenery. And one of our bus drivers. He was Dutch, not French.... But he was hot, extremely tall, and he did not smell bad.

Nope, that's the thing there were some hot girls in France but I'm pretty damned sure they were all American.
