The last rainfall over over 1/4" was on Halloween. The last time it rained a 1/2" or more was in early September.

There was a burn ban? I still smoked meat, etc. I didn't burn by trash/brush piles until this weekend though. I just thought there was a ban on ****ing idiots who smoke. And then the bigger ****ing idiots who throw their butts out the window.
