Does anyone use them.....still? I never have but I thought I might give it a try.

Does it change only the look of Firefox or does it change other stuff too? Too much change at once could really injure me mentally I think.

TIA

Actually, looking at some of them, this might be too radical.

Mostly it just changes the look. Check out Black Japan or PimpZilla. ;)

Actually, I'm using Modern Pinball. Qute and GrayModern aren't bad. I actually liked Black Japan.

Define "mostly". :)

As far as I know, most themes don't change the functionality or the location of anything in firefox. A few themes do hide some buttons so your window is less cluttered, but I'm not usually a fan of those themes anyway.

So how hard is it to uninstall/change back to the generic version if you don't like it or everything goes to ****?

Easy. Open Tools > Themes, select the default theme and restart Firefox.
