Is it set for 1 PM for sure? I thought the ESPN broadcast meant the time was changing????

It is putting a major crimp in the volunteer work day at OU. They set the date, schedule the work times and now the game is moved to their day. And they lose the football team as volunteers.

Al Gore
3/18/2006, 12:23 PM
Not sure......I guess I need to find that out if it was changed??????

There are 3 good hotels down here. Sheraton and Renaissance are probably the best, but there is also a Courtyard that is in a good location right next to the Ford Center.

Hotels. Either Reniassance or Courtyard. Sheraton isn't as nice, even with any renovations. You might like the Courtyard a little bit better, especially in one of their suites, due to your contemporary taste. Trust me, this Courtyard is probably the nicest one in the company.

As far as malls go, Penn Square is the nicest mall and much closer than Quail Springs.

And rent a car. Cabs aren't really used for city to city transportation in OKC. Normans companies stay in Norman and probably charge an arm & leg to get to downtown, same with the OKC companies.

The end.

PM me if you have any questions.

Al Gore

Damn.....we reserved the Reniassance.....

Damn.....we reserved the Reniassance.....

You'll be happy at the Reniassance, don't worry. It is a little plusher than the Courtyard (one more 'star' or 'diamond', whatever), but I know your style.

The best mall in OKC is Shepherd Mall. Very upscale. You might also reconsider your hotel choice and stay at the Habana Inn. YWIA.
