Yeah- no customer service- they should be ready to roll with some good arse shipping upgrades for a slightly small margin.

I hate it when you win, pay immediately and it hasn't arrived after 2 weeks because the seller has gone on vacation. I doubt that the vacation was a last minute surprise - so don't schedule the auction to end as your vacation starts.

Usually it's on a dropship sale that it takes so long to ship. The person selling doesn't even know if the people shipping even have the product or not.
