Metro OKC is growing like gangbusters (by Oklahoma standards). Metro Tulsa? Not so much. All the hills must be limiting the land area for development. :D

No, its all the murders. Those are counted as a net loss in population, plus, the murderer has to move to MacAlester or Lexington so that's two people gone from Tulsa County.
