it looks like she just got the shocker in the 2nd pic...
I thought there was something wrong with the acoustics in the new place or something because at first I thought they all sounded horrible. Then the second half began (not including Kevin) and they all sounded excellent.
1. Katherine (If I had to pick now, she'd be my winner I think)

I think its Chris's to lose myself. Katherine is the best singer. Taylor is the best performer. But, I think Chris has the whole package.

I can only hope. Chicken little has an okay voice, but he doesn't deserve to get more than a couple of weeks at most. I'm not a big fan of Ace or Kelly right now either. She might be good in her own genre, but she didn't make much of an effort last night. Personality will probably get her through a few weeks though.

I'm telling ya, do not discount the AI Red State Factor. In four seasons no AI winner has yet come from a blue state -- not enough trailer parks from which to draw votes and support.
What that means in dog years is even though Katharine (CA) is hawt and sings good, she nor Lisa (CA) or Chicken Little (NY) can possibly win. The field is open for the rest because they are all from GA, TN, VA, NC, FL, AL or CO. NC leads w/three remaining contestants BTW.

"okay voice" is as far as I'd take it describing his voice. I think his voice always has this wierd shakey sound to it. Almost like he's nervous (but I don't think he's nervous) I think he just isn't as good as the rest of them. I meant to say in my last post that the Bucky guy did himself a favor last night...it still wasn't very good...but it was his best performance to date. So he may have edged out Chicken Little. Oh, and Ace sings like he's been kicked in the crotch.

They made the right call tonight. One down, chicken little, Ace, and Bucky to go. Oh, and Lisa (while having a great voice) needs to spend some time sprucing up her stage presence. In a few years, she will be dynamite.

i was surprised to see lisa in the bottom 3 (2 even!)........ace was a bit of a shock, although i dont think he's all that good
as fun as melissa is to look at, i had a feeling she'd be the odd man out
kevin kovais will be around for awhile, whether he deserves it or not...
