Vicente Fox has announced new oil discoveries in the same Gulf of Mexico that our government makes prohibitive to drill in. There might be as much as 50% more oil reserves in Mex., now, than previously thought.
What about oil spills? How can we allow the Mexicans to violate our Energy(zero tolerance) policy?

I'm thinking US oil companies might get permission to drill off TX, LA, AL and FLA if they ask Fox instead of the US Congress.

They're already drilling for and producing oil and gas off of each state you list except FLA.

I guess in the next few months, we'll find that Mexico is the newest Axis of Evil that needs to be invaded.

They're already drilling for and producing oil and gas off of each state you list except FLA.

:confused: My point is that we have all sorts of restrictions and regulations that have effectively retarded the ability of US companies to produce oil.(and I think you probably already know that)
