So they have the same record as us...just a bit tougher schedule...and lose two conference games...and they think they are OWED a #1 seed?

I hope that bitch goes down in flames in the tournament!

She does this everytime that Tennessee is not a number one seed. She did a few years ago. I've lost alot of respect for this woman because she won't take her deck of cards and deal with it. So I'm all for Tennessee losing out in the first round.

One of the reasons cited why we were not a #1 was that Ohio State beat us. Of course, they beat us by 4 points on their home court in a game that was tied in the last minute, if I remember correctly. Being said, we are deserving of nothing higher than a two after Uconn and Michigan State clubbed us, albeit early in the season. MSU beat us on our home floor.

and the way the announcers and espn crawled up candace parkers butt for being able to dunk! Made me sick. yes its impressive and such but it doesn't make you the next coming

Was it really a dunk? I watched a replay and it looked like she didn't even touch the rim. How is it a dunk if you don't touch the rim?

I was at the McD's AA skills competition at Carl Albert a few years back. Her 'dunk' there won her the dunk title. :rolleyes:

you have to also respect pat summitt (only because coach coale does, and we all respect her).

she knows how to recruit, she knows how to win... and she also never misses a press opportunity... and so does coach coale.

Happy to say that we still have the #1 coach in the country. I mean, look at the comparison:

I'm tired of hearing about Candace Parker, and I do think they hype Courtney a bit much... But I don't really like hype in general. I do understand, however, that a market like Women's College BBall needs figures like the CP3s for people to identify with and differentiate their "product" if you can call it that.
