My Eyeball Just Fell Out of Its Socket: What should I do? (http://www.slate.com/id/2137959/)

If the title alone isn't enough warning, that link is not for the eye squeamish. Since I'll never have contacts because I'm too much of a wussy to touch my eyeball, I should have known to ignore that story. Blood, guts, and brains don't bother me, but eyeballs are a different story.

 We're not making any hole & it's taken over 16 hrs to make 28 feet. But, instead of pulling out and going home the powers that be seem to think we need one more run. We'll be here at least another 4 days.

Oh, and the fire got fairly close but apparently the farmers or fire fighters put it out by morning. I wished we'da bugged out.
