35%, but the time it kicks in depends on your filing status. I don't know if the AMT would kick you up over this amount or not, but based on what it is supposed to do, I don't think it does.

If you make over $325,000/yr. you pay close to $95,000 + 35% of anything over 325K.......Are you itemizing Bruce?........;)
