Why would a dog have prosthetic testicles? And why would they drag on the ground? What happened to the scrotum?

Steel testicles + ground + movement = no more scrotum.

A perfectly good joke shot to sh!t over the details. I tell you people, the devil is in the details.

Very true...but I still have to wonder why a dog would have steel testicles.

This sounds like a job for Carrie Underwood.

I'll never forget Letterman introducing "nuticles" on his show years ago.
Fake testicles for your dog that has been fixed, so you have the "appearance" they are there.

were they made out of steel?

They were made of a plastic/rubber composite and were dark green if I remember right.

Excuse me, it's neuticles, and they are pricey, but come in multiple sizes:

leno would've never thought of something funny like "nuticles".

Great, I look forward to the day that I am behind a truck with those and my daughter asks what they are and why are they on that truck. Between these and the little boy whizzing on the truck emblem - good times.

Both of these must be hillbilly requisites. They have all conceivable combinations of "whiz decals" these days.

Indeed. they are all over the place down here.

Kiln, Mississippi is Brett Favre's home town.

It's called "The Kill" by the locals.

So I call them Killbillies.
