Facial Hair

For some odd reason I've decided to grow a goatee. I've tried it before but since I don't have a heavy beard I would usually give up after about a week, but not this time. We didn't have water for the first four days out here & then I got lazy & didn't shave for the first 2 weeks. I think that extra week was enough to disuade me from shaving it. I trimmed up the mountain man look the other night...It took two razors and about 30 minutes.

My wife doesn't want me to have one, but she doesn't know...I wonder if it will make a difference after being on the road for 30+ days.

The only thing that sucks is that I'm only 37 & the whiskers on my chin are a shiny silver. :D

I'm the same age as you, '68, and I invariably fall prey to the goatee during vacation time off from work. In fact, I call it my "vacation badge."

But mine grows in the same color as my hair, which is I-Love-Lucy-Red.
