seriously.

Seems like such a product would be wildly popular.

TIA

heh. trombone beat me to it.

now, if I could get $50 taken off the slvr with them removing the camera, that would be great.

really...why need/use a camera on your phone? ~95% of the population that uses cell phones don't need it. I just want iTunes, web, and phone capabilities, please.

gods, what did we do before cell phones, anyway?

The slvr is nice...its much better than the ROKR.

I don't even use the camera

Can it slice, dice and julienne, too?

I think homes means a product that is both iPod and cellphone, instead of cell phone with very limited iPod capability.

I have a SLVR and 2 iPods. It'd be nice to combine both uses into one device.

There's on-again, off-again rumors of apple building it's own cell phone.

Of course, it'll cost $400, but you will be cool if you have one...

It will also come with a year's supply of estrogen.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but it is a while away.

I'd just like to have an 'iPhone' or whatever that I can use as my phone and music player. The 100 songs on the current options is beyond weak. They could have easily made them capable of 1-2k songs.

A nano phone. That's what I need.

Speaking of wildly popular......imagine a cell phone with a digital camera on it.

Or one that plays a Boomer Sooner ringtone.

That's just what we need. People driving SUV's at 15 mph over the speed limit with tunes blaring into their ears. It's bad enough that they are talking on the phone, now when they aren't talking, their listing with headphones on. Not to mention putting on makeup, shaving, futzing with the navigation systems. Oh yeah, my insurance premiums are going to feel that one.

headphones on in a car? ever heard of an fm transmitter or iPod adaptor? :D

I count at least 20 people a day driving along with their phone up to the head. No, I am pretty sure that if there is MP3 capabilities built into their phones, there will be some people who will listen to them with headphones on while driving.

Because if you just leave the headphones on in the car, you won't have to interrupt your tunes for 30 seconds when you get out of the car.

i'm confused. cell phone to the head? yes. i think the percentage of people who listen to headphones in the car is the same percentage of 'good cops'. ;)

most of the headphones you think you see are probably handsfree dealios.
