Police driving recklessly

I saw on the news this morning that a female FW PO was responding to a burgulary call when she lost control of her vehicle and crossed the median and came to a stop when she hit another vehicle head on and her car caught on fire.

Will the PO be given a ticket for reckless driving? Driving left of center? Driving too fast for road conditions? Anything?
