that commercial cracks me the eff up everytime i see it

i freaking hate talking to computers on the phone... i was on hold the other nite with one of those "phone tree's" and had the speaker phone on....mrs jk walks by and shouts BIG BOY......i couldnt help but laugh......the stupid phone says "i'm sorry, i didnt understand that"

I had to call SBC Yahoo one night (when I had dial up INTERNET over a year ago)...and they end up telling me I needed to call Toshiba because my problem wasn't phone line related. So I called Toshiba, and what do ya know...I could swear I was talking to the same foreigner that I talked to at SBC. I think there is one big azz calling center that they all work out of.
