right now when you try ta add to someones reputation it does not help or hurt them....once you hit 500 your reputation giving will now affect that persons rep score! :deep breath:

I thought spek was proportional? As in, people with small spek hammers can't affect the ones with lots of spek...

it's proportional to post count and time on the board as well, but with the 500 post limitation

with the spek inflation of October 2005, the spek points are all you really notice now

I'm guessing a spek hammer has an equal effect on everbody, but a small spek hammer will only have a negligible effect percentagewise on somebody with a lot of spek.

I never did either, which is why my spek didn't change after the upgrade--or so I thought. vBookie spek didn't disappear overnight after all?
