what program do i have to have to be able to read PDF format documents...also where would i get such programs?

Adobe Acrobat Reader.....it's free. I'm sure can d/l it from their website but most computers come with it.

No idea.....but I think most of them use or used to use PhotoShop which, to my knowledge, isn't free.
