I need to go to Choctaw today from Edmond. What's the roads like?

usually they are made out of portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete. The older one are made from dirt and/or gravel.

Sometimes they are covered with ice and it'd harder to drive on ice covered roads.

The major roads in Norman are all clear, except for the big piles of wet sand that are worse than ice. But keep in mind that we didn't get any precipitation here yesterday.
