Tony Stewart is a fu*king hypocrite co*ksucker. I wish Kenseth would have put him in the wall.

bump drafting?

I typically like Tony Stewart because he's a heck of a driver. I don't know what he was thinking when he wrecked Kenseth.

Junior and Jimmy look pretty strong so far.

You don't bump draft someone in the side of their car. ;)

I wasn't watching.

So thats why I asked.

Stewart had a slight lead on Kenseth - then he just turned down hard to the left into Kenseth for no reason.

That's called karma Tony. Ha!

I am glad Tony was so worried about bump drafting and rough driving. But on the upside, Kyle Busch hasn't wrecked anyone yet.

Been a good race so far. I just hate to see that turd, Kurt Busch, close to the front.

but at least his little brother hasn't dumped anyone yet. On this upside, at least I have a new reason not to drink Miller Lite.

Nobody really dominating this race so far. Should be a good ending.

I demand a 15 car pile-up and flaming wreckage hurtling into the spectator stands. That's why people watch this stuff innit?

Might get interesting on the last few laps. These guys are pretty bunched up right now.

26 wrecks the 2, then the 26 gets wrecked. NBC must have been working on My Name is Earl tie ins with the instant karma. However it sucks that the 43 got caught in it. All three of my favorite drivers got caught in other people's mistakes.

I don't see anybody getting by Jimmy.

I can only hope that he gets caught with something on post-race inspection.

I don't dislike Jimmy as much as his team-mate Jeffy.

While I dislike the winner, I will have to give props to Casey Mears for a great run and Clint Bowyer too.

I would have liked to see them race to the finish line. Pretty anti-climactic.

This kind of language really isn't necessary.

Met stewart at chile bowl he has short man complex.Has a handler hired to tell him to keep mouth shut but struggles with it.

Tony does have a bit of trouble keeping his mouth shut and his emotions in check.

Yes it is. It conveys the emphatic dislike I have for Tony Stewart in an effective manner.

"aggressive driving"

"yellow line"

I HATE that they end a race in caution! Too easy for a teammate of someone in the lead to have an "accident" to end the race.

I realize that they want to keep the drivers safe but at some point you gotta just let them drive.

GrapevineSooner

I'd rather them be able to challenge each other after the race.

Though, as short as Stewart is, he'd probably get his a** kicked by every driver. ;)

All the drivers are small people except for Michael Waltrip, Kyle Petty, Ryan Newman, and Carl Edwards. The rest of them are pretty small.

They can't keep Green White Checkering forever though. At least now NASCAR tries for a green finish. Today's race was basically over as far as the winner was concerned anyway. The 48 wasn't going to be caught.

Oh, and a team caught blatantly cheating, especially more than once, shouldn't be on the track that week. "Suspending" someone that could easily do his job from a cell phone isn't enough. IMO of course.:D

On a scale of 1-10 I give the race a 1.
Btw-not in past 10 yrs has the winner of the Daytona 500 won the championship in the same year.

You stick a bunch of stickers and corporate logos on a souped up Monte Carlo.. stick a titanium reinforced frame on the inside.. smash bumpers with cars surrounding you...

On television... the rolling screen at the top was distracting as hell...

It just... well.. it ain't F1.

actually, if you drive for hendrick you get your decals painted to cut down on drag.

God forbid the drivers actually matter in a race. If I wanted to watch a parade I would go to one.
