every step is cushion-ey goodness.

Plus no traffic to contend with.

My mustache is almost thawed out now. Get out there and enjoy this gift from nature peoples...and, like was said yesterday, "Feed the Birds." (tuppence a bag!)

I haven't ventured out yet today. I hope too.

Yesterday I did the indoor elliptical thingy.

It was a fun run. It was still precipin'.

It was packed near the curb but it was like running in sand where cars had been.

I like bike riding in the snow. The crunch of snow under the tires is such a relaxing sound.

Bike riding on ice, however, is teh succ. Some guys ride with studded tires, but I'm not that hardcore.

Yeah each step my be all soft and easy, but what about that terrible feeling of frozen lungs and snot coming out of your nose? Running is the debil.

Now I'm lifting weights in my garage....42 degrees.

Once you get going, you're not cold, and I've never experienced said "frozen-lung" feeling. The snot is easily handled by employing the "snot-rocket" technique.
