Iggy and I were going to do Valentines Day today (he's taking me to dinner tonight) but he felt bad for being busy from 9 am to 11 pm tuesday (no joke) so he stopped by to surprise me last night. He gave me a card, chocolates, a dozen roses, AND (this is the best part) a gigantic stuffed Elmo! :D :D

there's a citrus zester, a trombone mouthpiece minus the rim, some batteries, a salt and pepper shaker.... no crack pipe.

Oh, and roses are cheaper after Valentine's Day. I wish I would have been "busy" on Tuesday.

*sigh* Yes they're christmas lights. Our house was anti-festive and that wall is very boring, so i hung up christmas lights on the picture hangers that were there. i left them there because it makes the wall suck less.

yep :D He was surprised i made the card... I think when i told him I was going to make a card instead of buying one he thought i was going to fold a piece of paper in half and scribble on it with crayons :rolleyes:

I'd consider painting a mural...but I don't know that my dad would be too thrilled with that. BUT, the whole room needs to be repainted eventually anyway. so he probably wouldn't complain TOO loudly

No, the loud complaining would be mom's job. And I think a gigantor mural of a kung-fu ninja beaver with nunchucks would be killer hippo-ninja awesome.

Although I approve of Beef's mural. It has that nice "untrained street arteest" look to it.

We all live in a yellow Coupe de Ville....
