If you were to cause an accident while being intoxicated. Do you think you would do some jail time?

DUI, DWI, Assault with a dealdly weapon

I don't remember alcohol being involved in that.No, but two people died because of his inattentive driving. He was charged with 2 cts. of negligent homicide but didn't serve any time.

You have to remember it was a setback caused by pain.If you do it your a low life drunk trying to kill someone and ignorance of the law is no excuse.You will go to jail, you will go to dui school, you will do commuity service,unless you have lots of money or famous or know someone like a judge DA ect. then they will slap your wrist after all your fishing buddies.

yes, everyone else would have been taken downtown, booked, fingerprinted, and had their picture taken in front of a wall that shows how tall you are and be made to post bail/bond.
