Court was awesome. The whole 7 hours I was there. I got to watch 20 lawyers that were way better than mine.

People, take it from Uncle DC. Do not choose the first lawyer that calls you back.

Good news is, the charge was changed to Disturbing the Peace. A million times better than the original, Criminal Mischief.

Difference of a Misdy A to a Misdy C.

Wow, that's expensive. So DC, I've got a question...did they have the weapon (the Saws-all) in a big evidence ziplock bag and carry into the courtroom/with sighs and gasps coming from the spectators in the courtroom?

You all don't make it to Dallas lunches. Hell, even I know about this and I rarely know sh*t from shinola about the going's on around here. Hell, Howzit even say on DC's lap during the lunch and they talked about the first thing that popped up. I tell you, you learn a lot at the Dallas lunches.

She walked out of her house during said activities. DC waves and says, "Hi!"

She and the rest of her church party were not amused.

He never mentioned the part where he mussed his hair up and pretended he'd been asleep when the cops answered the door.

"Sir, she SAW you do it!"

So what you are saying is that because you can't hang out together anymore, there are no more "happy endings" for either of you? :texan:

Is there any kind of back story here about the lady neighbor? Did you two have problems in the past or did you just decide that you didn't like her tree anymore?
