I had forgot until today, how much of a good friend to the bachelor cook Hamburger helper is. 1lb of hamburger and 1 can of baked beans, and my cooking is done for the next two suppers. Cheesy Jambala is pretty solid.

My daughter wanted us to try the beef stroganoff. Would have tasted just as good if I had put dog sh*t in. :(

I just don't think "Dog Sh*t Helper" would sell off the shelves at the local grocery stores. ;)

Cheeseburger Macaroni is the best, but I haven't tried one yet that I haven't liked.

The Tuna Tetrazzini Tuna Helper is very good, too.

Spam doesn't need help. It's fine as is. Well, after you wash that goopy stuff off it. And as long as you don't smell or taste it before it's heated up.

I had a couple of eagle scout friends a while back that called it "potted meat" which sounds even more disgusting.

You can buy a little can that doesn't even disguise it as Spam, it's just a can of potted meat.

Mmmm....potted meat food product.

potted meat has healthy things like tripe and beef hearts, mmmm

nothing like Spam, which is disgusting in its own way

Check out the first ingredient on potted meat food product: "Mechanically separated meat food byproduct." Mmm, yummy. (seriously, that was on one of the cans I saw in a grocery food store.)

Instead of Hamburger helper, they should just call it what it is: Box of salt.

One of my more tasty-meals that I make is:

Chicken Cordon Bleu or Chicken Kiev -- I forget the brand, it's like "Barber Farms" or something, and they come frozen in a little red box, two chicken breasts per box. You can get broccolli stuffed chicken if you prefer.
Rice Pilaf -- in a box
Frozen corn or peas or something.

Easy to make, tasty tasty tasty as something that's hard to make. (everything can be prepped in parallel, so total cooking time about 30-40 minutes, total "pay attention time" about 10-15 minutes.)

Did you see your daughter actually eat any, or did she say "You go ahead, I've already eaten."?
Maybe she put some...No!...She wouldn't! Not YOUR little girl!
Just askin'.

PS: Does she have a doggie?

If it's made by Carrie's family, I give it a thumbs up; if it isn't, I'll have to assume it sucks pipe.
