The first (of many) loss of the season will be the 500th of their football history. With a little luck they will get to 500 victories in 3-4 years.

I'm betting there will be a BIG celebeation at T.Boone to mark the occasion.Hell they will have to have something to celebrate since the basketball program has gone to pot,er booze and even the beloved Greco-Roman sweaty ball-grabbin' team is slipping off its perch.

Yessir it must be a fun time at THE Payne County Tractor Driving Academy.Brighter days are ahead I am sure because of T.Boone and them there first class athletic barns and stables being built.ORANGE POWER hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahaha hahahahhahahahahahahahahhahahahahah!

Now Now, let's not make fun of those less fortunate. They can explain all things
A. Our football team is better because we have criminals and Stoops is running a wild out of control illegal recruiting types.
B. Kevin Simpson injected Eddie with Whiskey
C. Our Wrestling team doesn't take steriods like the rest of the cheaters!
D. We have the finest and only Equestrian team in the Big 12 ;)

I guess it doesn't matter; I was just curious who they're playing for the 500th.

Their other three non-conference games would include three pretty tough teams:

Florida Atlantic
Houston
Arkansas State

They are all tough when Gundy gets done suspending the whole team for not making Straight A's

Their 500th game was four hundred and something games ago. He said they were going for their 500th loss.

Well there is an honor I wish we were the ones to hand them.

Florida Atlantic - Close W
Houston - Loss
Arkansas State - Loss
Big XII conference schedule...can they beat Baylor, aTm, and one of their North opponents?? They could easily have a worse year than last year. Yikes!

2 illegitimate bowl teams in their non-conference; I guess they're trying....

OSU is 477-498-48 all time. Given their putrid non-conf scedule they'll probably achieve Loss 500 early in BigXII play. Too bad we moved the game to Thanksgiving :texan:

Kind of off the subject, but... is our next game our 1100th? Did we do anything neat for #1000?

All-time, Oklahoma is 755-291-53 (1099 games played).

The first game of the 2006 season will be OU's 1100th game. :)

Too bad we moved the game to Thanksgiving :texan:According to the COllege football datawarehouse site OSU has won 476 and lost 499,hence their next loss is #500.I' guessing the difference is the Cowpukes are counting our '72 forfeit to them as a W and that is not reflected in the CFB site which lists OU as 11-1 in '72 not 8-4.:)
