I have always gotten crap from people at our office because I roll in at 8:15 or 8:30. I get my work done well, but the main office would give me crap if I they called and I wasn't in at 8:00 (nevermind that I stay until the job is done, which at times means I'm staying up here until 11:00)
After about 1 week in the office, the fact that these people would give me crap amazes me. I've been getting up here at 7:00 AM and I'm literally the first one here. I keep myself busy, these people hang out at the water cooler and talk all day.
Amazing. No one will ever make me feel bad about how much I work again.
