That analogy can only be taken so far, obviously. Think about a nice Ferrari--definitely feminine looking in all of it's curves, but most definitely not a girly car.
Miata = girly-man car, no question
because it would be difficult to see who the morans and guys with small weenis' were.
I'm gonna go ahead and say it: I don't want to know anything at all about any other guy's pee pee.

RWD is great unless you live on the 90% of the planet where it regularly rains or snows.
I'm thinking a guy driving a Ferrari down Hwy 9 in Norman will be called "little pee pee" guy by a lot of people.
Maybe not in so many words, but you know.

RWD is great unless you live on the 90% of the planet where it regularly rains or snows.
when i don't have a lot of traction i don't really enjoy having the wheels with power also steering the car
with the Miata thing, at least it's more of a driver's car
if you have FWD you and an automatic transmission you are riding in a car more than you are driving it ;)

You definitely need to click on page 2 of the thread and avoid the hideous orangeness.
Can you imagine a black one with Dayglo orange trim and a giant pistol pete on the front?
The Ferrari would look horrible in white with orange trim and a giant horn logo on the front, too.
A '69 Camaro would. That's pretty much the car killer paint job.

It'd still be pretty gaudy. Better, but still gaudy.

At 6'7", there's no way I could fit into any of those little euroburners. I can't even fit in a new Mustang. :( Guess I'll stick to my truck.
Ferraris and Hummers are more status symbols than anything else - but I don't think about the size of the other driver's junk when I see one.

Hummers really don't cost any (much) more than a fully loaded Suburban, Denali, Excursion, Expedition, etc, and there are so many out there now, it really isn't a status symbol.

Dude, I have a borther-in-law who's 6'5" and somehow wads himself up into one of those little 2-seat Mercedes sports cars. It's painful to watch.
