I havn't found a link to it, but I heard on the news this morning that there are over 300 million dollars worth of new mobile homes sitting empty at the Little Rock airport. These were the emergency homes for new orleans residents.

Why are they empty you ask?

2 reasons
1. The local government of New orleans has said they don't want them.

and the doosy
2. Federal regulations prohibit the placement of emergency housing in a flood plane.

TOOOOOOOOO FUnnnnnnny!

Makes perfect sense to me. Those are yours and mine. I don't want them put in a flood plane either.

mike brown said "balls to the wall" today. AWESOME.

then there was an argument about whether the balls were in fact to the wall.

can't script this stuff.

Yeah, but the whole reason for them is to give people a place to live while they spend millions of our dollars rebuilding permanant structures in a flood plane. Geniouses

you should try government run health care.
