My wife likes to have baked potatoes for dinner. Without steak or anything. Blech.

Stuff it with Chopped beef BBQ, sour cream, chives, and butter!

Where's Option D: "I have issues with my manhood that compel me to pretend I don't love a nice steamy baked potato and fresh salad for dinner." ;)

I like mine with grilled chicken, ranch, bacon and provolone just like at Jimmy's Deli.
Oh and I have a bagina.

I only eat a baked potato as a meal if it has lots of butter, cheddar cheese, bacon, and grilled chicken on it.
otherwise it's a side dish.

A baked potato with BBQ brisket or sausage is heaven on earth.
Oh and I have a bagina.
If my ex-patient at the HSC was right, it's a "vagonda". Apparently, she had pain in her vagonda.

One of my favorite scenarios to witness at Couch Cafeteria back in the day:
Muffy gets a baked potato and loads it with butter, cheese, sour cream, ham cubes, etc.
Buffy: "Like, oh ma gahd, is that all you're eating?"
Muffy: "Like, yeah, I'm on a diet."

Gotta have meat in it and it can be a lunch. I second the grilled chicken. City Bites has awesome spuds!
Warm, fluffy baked taters make me happy...

IMO opinion meat needs to be present to achieve meal status. No meat=Snack
having a snack instead of supper=ludicrous

Those stuffed baked potatoes that you get at barbecue joints are perfectly acceptable as a meal.
There's a little place at 31st and Sheridan called Rubicon that has awesome stuffed baked potatoes.
