This is probably old knew to you guys, but a few weeks after the OU-tech game I found out that head red that screwed us resides in austin,tx.

Good ole Stoops does the classy thing unlike alot of these hothead coaches and talks privatly to higher officials instead of taking it to the media which loves that kinda pub.

BOOMER

In a sports illustrated it was doing a review of this year in college football. It said under the category of best conspiracy theory:
OU vs. Tech
One judge in the game was from Lubbock and another was from Austin.

Anyone remember the Chicago Bears-Green Bay Packers game from '89, where the Packers scored in the final seconds when their QB, Don Majikowski, clearly stepped over the line of scrimmage to throw a fourth-down pass? To this day, in the Bears' media guide, they don't recognize the loss.
Do you think OU will put an asterisk next to that game when the 2006 media guide comes out?

Haha yeah well it was pretty evident the refs were biased. I mean the game should have never had it to where Tech was in scoring position, it should have been a turnover on downs considering the ball was 2 yards short of the first down on the 4th down play. I don't know but I think the gloves are off, and we'll open up a can of whoop *** on Tech and the zebras.

does OU have asterisk on some games in 72 ??

The only reason it was obvious that something was going on was the passing TD before the stretch TD. The ref that signalled TD was looking right at the guy bobbling the ball and it was OBVIOUS it wasn't even close to a TD. The booth guys HAD to overturn that one... but they got their chance to screw us on the next one.

Oh well. Let's just get back to normal and beat the mess out of them this year.
