That's about the only way I like it.
It's not as good as mongorian beef.

crappy, catfish, or sandbass = fried
salmon, tilapia, whitefish, etc = grilled

Baked Orange Roughy is good, dipped in lemon peel, fresh garlic, corn flakes and a little butter.
Healthy too.

nyet. i like cornmeal on catfish, too.
were we talking about Big Kahuna burgers? they are tasty.
this is what i meant instead of Romescu. great for dipping french fries too. awesome with fish and chips--especially Salmon F&C.
REMOULADE SAUCE
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Creole mustard
2 tbsp. horseradish
2/3 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Dash of Tabasco
1 tsp. Polander's chopped garlic
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes on medium. May be stored in a jar in refrigerator for several days.

I like about 10 minutes on med. high heat for every inch of thickness of the fish. Any more and the fish meat gets dry and/or rubbery.
