I met a guy who won the Showcase Showdown. Though his story is great, with his photos from Spain and his new furniture and all, I'd still probably choose Joker's Wild.
That show holds an unexplained power over me.
(really did meet a Showdown winner)

I don't really have the 'game show personality' - you know, those people on 'Wheel' that are screamin' and jumpin' like a bunch of ninnies ... so I think 'Jeopardy' would be best for me.
Wheel of Fortune...I've got my wife in a tight competition with me on PS2 style Wheel of Fortune.

A friend of mine won some cool stuff on The Wheel. She's from Sapulpa and was in my class at OU. She refused to give me any money from her winnings. I hate her for that.

mrs. critical was on sale of the century way back when.
i auditioned for a show called hollywood showdown. i assured the casting lady that it would be no problem for me to fly out to LA as long as she gave me a days notice. she passed. she said she needed warm bodies that could make it in 30 minutes notice to the shows she booked (like hollywood squares etc.)
we auditioned for family fued a couple of years ago. we won both of our matches, but weren't selected - which surprised me because both my wife and sister in law have gigantic juggs.
that being said, i always kicked *** at scrabble (watching from home). i also love jeopardy. depending on the categories of the day, i could look like a genius or an idiot......

As a kid, I always wanted to be on "Tic Tac Dough."
Nowadays, I'm getting an urge to go on "Stump the Schwab," if they do another season. Some of my friends also agree that I could do great on that show.

The Price Is Right...i've been to see it twice and both times the person standing next to me in line got the "come on down" call. I think I"m good luck..i need to go one more time before Bob kicks the bucket.

I'm not quick enough to be on jeopardy. Even if I know the answer, someone always beats me to it. I sit there watching the whole game thinking either "I knew that" or "Really?" :O

On Wheel, everyone gets to keep the money they win...even the losers. So, really, everyone is a winner. I'm going to be on Wheel, one day. As God is my witness, I will be on.
Top three, in order:
1). Match Game '75
2). Match Game '76
3). Match Game '74
Nipsy Russell, Brett Somers, Charles Nelson Reilly, Richard Dawson, Betty White, Fanny Flagg. And there was always some bubble-headed blonde Hollywood starlet in the front row on Dawson's right...good times. :D

TTD had three hosts (including John Wayne's son), but TTD is not TTD without Wink Martindale hosting it.
And for you young whippersnappers who don't know who Wink Martindale is, check out those Orbitz commercials. The game-show host guy is, in fact, Wink Martindale.

I used to get a kick out of The Newlywed Game.
