Bennett got extensive playing time last season, he should probably be bolded.

Coleman did as well, didn't he?

And Alan Davis was a key backup. John Williams, though a ****ty composer, was a starter before he got injured, yes? Quinn played quite a bit this past year, though that's not really saying much. I'd also say Pleasant will be starting next year, so...

Otherwise a good list. It certainly seems like 2002 was an efficient class.

By this time next year he will be. Right now I couldn't quite do it. Same with Coleman and Davis. Although the depth at DL is a lot more now. John Williams is close too. We'll see how he is after the injury.

Since when did I start having feelings. :)

Eric Thunander was pretty good until the equilibrium thing in the 2001 OB. I don't think he started, but he was good, and he helped get us to the OB.

5-1 vs. Texas, 3 Natl Championship Games, 1 Natl Championship, 3 Big 12 Titles, 4 BCS Bowls, Bowl every year....1999 not really his class w/ exception to Heupel and Marshall.

Actually it really was because Blake destroyed all the recruiting infromation. Stoops had to re-recruit the entire class.

Yep 2 different ones the same guy. I don't even think he ever made it to OU.He did. I gradjiated in 2000 but he made it to class a few times. I took sociology of race or some such nonsence that had almost every single football player in it. I heard his name called and a grunt in response.

Hey, JustinEric FuenteMoore was pretty good too.

Two OU QB"s I would love to have seen in any of Stoop's offenses: Troy Aikman and Justin Fuente.

If Heupel had to play in Blake's offense I imagine the results would have been similar to Fuente, but it would have been interesting to see if Fuente could have been good with Leach or even Chucko as his OC.

I'm sure Fuente could of been passable in Leach's run and shoot offense definately would of turned out better then he did in the 50 diffrent offenses blake teams ran in a season

Go easy on big John there. That was one of his greatest recruiting tools. He would say "Son we are going to run so damn many offenses during your time here at Oklahoma that you are bound to like atleast one of them.":D :D :mack:

You mean the run-and-gun-and-triple-dipple-doopsy-doo isn't a real offense by itself? At least we had Demond Parker. Thank God Boo didn't try to turn him into a QB.
