If they didn't bone Murray on his star only after he commited- we would be ranked 6th- so I assume we are right in the mix numbers wise from 5-10

For those who haven't seen this, it's a nice breakdown of the signing class from Stoops.
He addresses some of the position questions I had about the guys listed as athletes by the recruit services, and the fact that Beal is apparently destined for the LB corps.

Recalculating, by reducing the number of OU commits to 25 by eliminating 3 three star commits then our average star number becomes 3.6. This puts a notch above Texas in the Rivals ranking. (really tied with Texas at number 5 but since O is before T it puts us a notch above).

To combine Mojo and Texas Boomers points, you bump Murray back up to a 5-star and recaculate, we're fifth and Texas drops to #6. Plus, our Oklahoma boys like Tabon are underranked, and both of our JUCO's are All-Americans. Now Imagine what our ranking would be if Walker was a 5-star along with murray and McCoy.

OUr class is sooo underrated...I LOVE it. Murray is ESPN's #1 HB and Rivals won't even give him 5 stars....heh.
