so i move back to the office where i originally started.......there is alot of gamesmanship going on between my new boss and old boss...

anyway, i'm having a little "intro" meeting with my new peeps....and while talking to the two guys who schedule appraisals....one (who has the WORLDS MOST ANNOYING VOICE) hands me a weekly report showing me how many appraisals were schedule to each appraiser

so i look at it.....and notice that one appraiser only got about 30% of the work that the others did.....and i'm wondering "why?"....cause you know, thats what middle management does

so i ask "is there a reason why Jerry's numbers are lower?"


and here is the answer......and i swear i'm not making this up

"because we assigned fewer appraisals to him"

Sorry, I watched office space for the millionth time the other night and that's the first thing I thought of when I read JK's post.
