I wasn't blaming W for this; and I can't say that it really shocks me, more par for the course than anything else.

yeah, I'm with you, then.

I don't know how anyone can be for big government due to crap like this, but privatized everything would be f'ing scary too. I'm not smart enough to figure it out.
