That's why they are best born to young people. From time to time, I wonder HTF older people who adopt (or just have kids while in their late thirties or forties) manage without becoming raving lunatics.

If she would just sleep when we are trying to sleep. I miss being asleep at 3 in the morning.

When people ask me why I have three boys, I tell them it's because I don't want four...

Our son will be a year old on March 18th..he's had his bottom (middle) two teeth in for a while, we think some more teeth are coming soon because the past few evenings he's been a lot crankier than usual.

I feel your fatigue!

Try working at home, and watching a 1 year old, 2 1/2 year old, and a 4 year old all by yourself. It's easy to see why my BP is a tad high these days.

Also, if I never see a diaper again, it will be OK with me.

Oddly enough, we have one but have never used it.

The heated diaper wipe warmer has been a godsend in the winter months tho.

Well,(as you already know), it's the first couple months that seem the hardest as far as getting sleep is concerned. Our boy will currently sleep from about 7:30 or 8 until 7a.m.

When I quit my pharmacy job in August, I thought I would have a little more freedom with the new business. Unfortunately, my kids thought otherwise. :D

When you empty it you have a weird link sausage thingy.:D

They were not built for large "dumpings" if you get my drift. :D

Yeah...I usually drag the linkage accross the house to the big trash can when I'm rounding the trash up for garbage day. :D It also temporarily stinks the house up for a bit..but it's gotta be better than the olden days of exposed dirty diapers in trash cans 24-7 and better than having to wash cloth diapers  I'm glad we're past that in today's world of parenthood.

Exactly. We are still using the newborn diapers. I managed to get 22 on one string. I wonder if there is a world record for most diapers in a Diaper Genie link sausage string thingy?

I tried to stuff ten "loaded" size 5 diapers in one once... not one of my better ideas.:D

22 is awesome! I think we're still gettin somewhere around 10-15 at the max. Our son eats a lot so it's getting harder and harder to fit them in the genie.

Well these are still the little tiny ones. There should be a record for each size. Man we must be bored to be talking about Diaper Genies. :D

They should make a Diaper Genie XXL or Diaper Genie Giant for the toddlers who have yet to master the art of going to the "big person" pottie.

Ha..why stop there...they need an "Adult Diaper Genie-Nursing Home edition"
