What should I do? I am open to suggestions?

where do you live?

in edmond, there's a place called "Happy Nails" that does a good pedicure with a hot towel wrap for $28. they do $28 full set nails, too, and that includes a paraffin dip.

most places will charge extra fees for every little thing, so do some homework. this one place that i've been to charges extra for french pedicure/manicure, extra for the hot towel treatment, extra for every little thing and if you're not careful you can end up paying about $50

Without going into the gory details, it involves the following:

a GI town, a massage, a towel, and a bottle of baby oil - warmed up on a heating radiator. Oh, and a chinese/korean/japanese/phillipino chick.

I don't know about them personally, but I've heard about them.....
