I should mention that, around here, a troll seems to mean specifically an alter-ego of a regular poster. Like if yermom and dolemite were the same person, or if 1stTC were to take on a new "troll" handle to stir up trouble with a thread about being a real "sooner fan" or something. All strrrrrrictly hypothetical, of course. And nobody would ever be gullible enough bite on such an absurdity.

No, around here that's far more likely to be one of the old farts. TUSooner nailed the SoonerFans.com usage of the word "troll" - either a fake handle taken on by a regular poster to stir the pot, or or an idiot noob (usually from another school) that registers and posts only to stir the pot.
