I'm a little confused about how this is going to affect local affiliates. If both local WB and UPN affiliates are owned by CBS and Warner, one station will shut down? If a UPN affiliate is owned by Fox and they don't want to join the new network, I guess they'll cease to be UPN and just become an independent?
