What's the name of that thing?

You know that the dude snaps closed and says "Happy Days: Al's Revenge" Take 2. Then the dude goes, "Action."?

it has black and white striped paint on it and sometimes it's made of blackboard material and they write on it.

I hooked a clapper up to my stero system (don't ask me why) and it blew the damn thing out (don't ask me how).
