THE ISSUE: The Bush administration wants Google to turn over material from its databases to determine how often pornography shows up in online searches.

WHAT GOOGLE SAYS: It opposes releasing the information, saying it would violate users' privacy and reveal trade secrets.

WHAT'S AT STAKE: Privacy advocates are concerned that the vast amount of information Google and other search engines know about their users could be thrown open to anyone with a court order

The loss of our civil rights is all fun and games until the government comes after all you perverts.

Maybe Google will someday transplant Microsoft as the company everyone loves to hate.

I'm sure that's already part of the "Patriot" Act.

Can the government come after you for just being in posession of ginormous boobies?

They certainly would during the LAST administration. :texan:

Dear Uncle Sam

I understand that you are trying to protect me and my children from the effects of ginormous boobies. Stop. Boobies are good. Terrorists are bad. Protect me and my children from terrorists instead.

Terrorists would want to see all our women cover their boobies. At all times. If we stop letting women show their boobies on the internet, the terrorists have won. For God's sake, don't let the terrorists win.

Sincerely,
...

What about Terrorist Boobies, the ginormous ones?

Where do you stand on that issue?

I thought about that.

Inherently, a terrorists boobies, especially the ginormous ones, are good. BUT, since terrorists believe in complete boobie concealment, at all times, an atrocity is being committed by the terrorist owner of the terrorist boobies against the terrorist boobies. therefore, there are only 2 acceptable outcomes. death, or a brain transplant. or, if they ever perfect the technology, a boobie transplant to a more deserving person. perferably to one who would show at least a little cleavage.

So in summary, ALL Boobies are inherently good, and everyone must recognize that our creator (The Flying Spaghetti Monster of course) has endowed us with the unalieanble right to observe another persons, erm, endowment (with that persons permission of course). To take away this right should be a capital offense.

Why in the world does the government care? Another piece of evidence that Bush is controlled by the ultra-right Bible thumpers.

(I didn't say "conservatives", I said "ultra-right Bible thumping anybody-who-sips-alcohol-should-be-shot you-should-see-only-one-set-of-boobs-in-your-entire-lifetime holy rollers")

This type of executive priority makes me regret voting Republican. The government through the executive branch is acting as a tool to attempt to enforce the "moral" agenda of certain groups. The government purports to act "to protect children" to lend legitimacy to heavy handed FCC action and net nannyism. Blue nose social conservatives cloak their prohibitionist desires using the "protect the children" mantra.

Have you heard those creepy radio commercials with Bobby Burbage Lane and her son Wes Lane the appointed D.A. of Oklahoma County? This Aunt Bea sound alike lectures the radio audience on how to raise their kids. Wes chimes in during his spots with a friendly reminder that his office will come after you and such nonsense that pornography creates serial killers like Ted Bundy. That is the kind of hysteria these groups engage in.

What ever happened to parents being responsible for raising kids and restricting inappropriate content? Is that really a job appropriate to the State?

Clinton was profiling ginormous boobies before Bush was elected.
